The acky's......

Well, I guess it's fair to say my children have the acky's.... actually, I think we have experienced our first bout of food poisoning!
John and I took the kids out last night for pizza before Kayla's Rite of Encantation last night.... Happy Joe's.... Yummy. It's usually too expensive but I was in the mood for the best taco pizza this town offers and I do believe they have it.....
Well all was great until around 10 PM, Izeah launched his dinner in bed.... and then 5 more times in the next 4 hours.... he is trained to "ack" in a bedside pan so the first was thankfully the worse. Then around 3 AM I was greeted by Zak who informed me he launched his "ack" from the top bunk down to the floor.... let me tell you how wonderful that is at 3 in the morning! (Let's just say it was an amazing work of smelly art!) But he wasn't done either and him and Izeah shared a pan for the rest of the night..... Poor Izeah had horrible stomach cramps and continued to shake and wake up the rest of the night.....
At first I thought stomach flu but me being a nurse, of course I can't settle for this answer :-) I can't explain how both had the same symptoms on the same night and have been able to eat this morning.... I would fair to conclude that it was the taco pizza because Zane and Kayla are both fine and they didn't eat any of it.... HOWEVER John and I both ate the taco pizza too and neither one of us "acked"..... although I know adults can handle larger amounts of bacteria then children..... HMMMM.....
I guess I'm just rambling due to lack of sleep and concern for my boys acky little bellies..... :(
Ok, time to scrub their room (at 3 AM I checked and I missed quite a bit :(.... )
*UPDATE*
Ok, well apparently it's just the GI bug... Izeah's running a fever :-( I'm gonna cross my fingers that no one else gets it!!!

What a sleepless icky night you all had. Sorry to hear it but things like that happen. Damn pizza place!!! I guess it's just a known fact that the more you eat at home the better off everyone is. Get some rest today!!
